At InnaCare, we believe hard work and dedication deserve recognition. This summer, we celebrated our 10 top performers with an unforgettable Incentive Trip to Edinburgh. It wasn’t just a getaway—it was a chance to reward excellence, strengthen bonds, and create lasting memories together.

Friday – Touchdown & Theatre Magic

The adventure began early on Friday, 15th August, with a coach ride from Romford to Stansted, followed by a flight from London to Edinburgh. Excitement was high as we checked into our three central flats, each with double rooms, right in the middle of the town.

We wasted no time jumping into Edinburgh’s vibrant cultural scene. The day included the thought-provoking “Black to My Roots” performance and dinner at Fezanda. Later, we were dazzled by the cabaret brilliance of La Clique, and some of us ended the night with celebratory drinks at The Blackbird, a lively and stylish city spot.

Saturday – Castles, Culture & Flamenco Fire

Saturday was packed with history, culture, and passion. We began with a tour of the iconic Edinburgh Castle, soaking up stunning views and centuries of history. After a cosy lunch nearby, we prepared for the evening’s highlight: the fiery Flamenco performance of LOLA.

The day ended with a late-night dinner at a kebab restaurant, filled with laughter and reflections on our experiences.

Sunday – Prayer, Brunch & Goodbyes

On Sunday, 17th August, we paused for a moment of gratitude and togetherness at King’s Church Edinburgh, where we joined in prayer. Afterward, we enjoyed a relaxing brunch at The Tree Coffee, savouring the last hours of our trip before heading back to the airport for our return flight to London.
