Today was a truly meaningful day for Iris. Her live-in carer, Carmen, planned a gentle outing to St. Margaret of Antioch Church – a place filled with history, light, and peace.

Dressed in her soft lilac fleece, Iris sat quietly in her wheelchair, taking in the beauty of the stained-glass windows and the warm stillness of the sanctuary. It was a moment of reflection and connection – not just to faith, but to memories. The church, with its timeless arches and heartfelt atmosphere, brought comfort to Iris’s soul.
Carmen gently guided her through the chapel, making sure she was safe, warm, and unhurried. After spending some time near the altar, the two moved to the church’s community café. There, Iris enjoyed a cup of tea and flipped through leaflets about upcoming events. She smiled as she read about summer fairs and church choirs, moments that reminded her of a past rich with music and celebration.
Thanks to Carmen’s care and initiative, Iris was not just a visitor today – she was a part of her community again.

These are the moments that matter. At Inna Care, we believe dignity, companionship, and meaningful experiences are as important as any medication or meal. Today was about joy, memory, and being seen.
