Job description
Inna Care is looking for Recruiters with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates, to interviewing and hiring great employees. We are on all of the relevant framework agreements to supply staff to the NHS and have a diverse network of offices across the UK. This position involves placing Allied Healthcare Professionals (AHP).
Extensive experience hiring top calibre direct sales talent; while working in a deadline-driven and fast paced environment. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Placing allied healthcare professionals such as doctors, physio's, radiographers, paramedics and pharmacists into locum positions.
• Ensuring that all applicants put out to work are fully compliant.
• Ensuring computer database is updated daily.
• Ensuring team metrics/financial objectives are achieved.
• Networking in order to find suitable candidates.

Desired Skills & Experience
• Recruitment experience gained within AHP (Allied Healthcare).
• Ambitious and hardworking.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Well presented and a good team player.
• Able to demonstrate working to and achieving targets.
