£40,000 basic + realistic OTE of £70K

Monday - Friday office based 9am - 5:30pm

Want to work for a thriving national, historically strong in healthcare recruitment and an established supplier to both the NHS and private sector clients across London and nationwide?

Inna Care are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join them and build a team of 5, experience level ranging from apprentice to 1 Resourcers and 3 Recruitment Consultants. Based in the heart of Romford, this team will focus on placement of temporary staff, ranging from HCA to Nurses and Doctors typically, although they do also place at Manager level.

As Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for staff management, training and development and reporting of P&L to senior management. You will also retain an active focus in client development and billing, meaning that you can achieve a realistic OTE of £70,000 per annum, being eligible for commission on all billings in year 1 and a small threshold with an elevated commission structure from year 2 onwards. This company do offer structured development and progression for both you and your team with examples of regular internal promotion and growth.
